Once goods have been delivered to you the Contract for goods ordered on this website is complete. We can only deliver to UK addresses at the present time.
Payment must be made in full before goods are despatched.
We use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class post.
Title of goods passes to you at point of despatch from Decolola.
If goods are not received within 7 days from date of despatch and we have not advised you of any delay to delivery, you should contact us by email, or telephone.
If there is a delay to your order due to an item being out of stock, we will contact you and you can advise us if you wish to cancel the item, or the whole order. It may be possible to offer an alternative but please be aware that many of our products are "one off" handcrafted items.
Handmade items vary, and it must be accepted that no two of a kind will ever be identical. Also, colours may vary slightly from the website.
Any unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days. This does not apply to personalised and special order items which cannot be returned unless faulty. We will accept returns which are in good, re-saleable condition. Return carriage must be paid for by the customer. We will refund the cost of the goods in full.
Faulty goods or goods damaged on delivery must be advised to us by email immediately. We will refund cost of goods and return carriage in full, although we reserve the right to nominate the return carrier.
Any shortages on delivery must be notified to us by email immediately. We will then agree with you to either despatch the missing items or arrange a refund.
We are not liable for disappointment, other damage to your order or consequential loss and will only pay compensation as to the cost of the goods.
